2.1. In order to ensure a coordinated process, every organisation must determine one person as "Single Point of Contact" (SPOC), who coordinates and implements the processes with the hotel.
2.2. All badges and vehicle stickers must be submitted by a trusted and approved entity by the Hotel Issuer. There is no requirement to provide ID/passport at time of registration, however, all names must be provided as on official documentation (e.g. Michael Meier cannot be listed as Mike Meier or Michal Meier).
2.3. After receiving the list(s) with requested badges, all badges have to be paid before they can be sent to the police for the police check. All lists sent to the hotel are binding and the amount of hotel badges sent will be charged at 100%. There is no possibility of cancellation or name swaps, as the police charges per requested police check.
Additionally, the hotel or Global Conversations does not take responsibility and give refunds in case multiple badge inquiries are sent for the same guest, or if guests are registered through other hotels mentioned under 1.1 already.
2.4. After police check, the hotel will be informed about the delivery and/or non-delivery of the badge. In case of issues with badges or stickers, the hotel will inform the SPOC. The feedback from the hotel to the SPOC can take up to 1 week, and up to 72 hours.
2.5. Badges and vehicle stickers are issued at the registration office at Bahnhofstrasse 3, in 7270 Davos Platz, Switzerland.
2.6. For security reasons, the badge will only be handed over personally and with a photo, which will be taken on site. Consequently, all accredited persons must appear in person at the police registration office. Identity papers (passport/ID) and original vehicle ID cards must be presented at the police registration office for the issue of badges.
